meet ZOE

Zoe Sheridan is an Australian television presenter, voice-over artist and radio presenter, working for SCA, ARN and Nova hosted regular slots on 2Day FM.

Sheridan’s first major on-screen television role was hosting five series of the children's game show Challenger in
the 1990s. She moved onto the Saturday night variety show Russell Gilbert Live in 2000, where she played songs
and spoke about featured musical guests on the show. She was also one of the four co-hosts on the daytime chat
show The Catch-Up. Today she is one of the premier voice-over artists in Australia, regularly featured on Channel 9, Channel 7 and prominent TV commercials.

After years ten years of exploring her own spirituality and undergoing training courses in mindfulness and spirituality, Zoe has found her passion lies in teaching people to unlock feelings of self-love and self-belief through meditation.
Zoe shares from her own experience and guides her students by sharing the tools to finding peace, joy, and ultimately happiness in the present moment.

She has trained with spiritual thought leaders such as Frank Boffa, Shane Fozard, Calista Ascension, Simone Louise, Marianne Williamson. She remains committed to her practice through continued education in these areas.

She has led meditation for children at Bondi Pavilion, for adults at Circa Bondi Beach, and corporate meditations
for Australian Radio Network, Southern Cross Austereo, Di Jones real estate, and BNKR fashion house.

She has collaborated on events with Soho House and her meditations have been featured on the
Qantas inflight library.

Her diverse background in the entertainment industry, combined with her infectious warm and playful approach to mindfulness, set her apart as a meditation thought leader and teacher.
